The Divine Throne was and is on Water
The ta'wil of the Throne being on water or the water under the Throne (11:7) is that the Pearl of Intellect which is the Divine Throne is the fountainhead of knowledge and therefore, the ocean of knowledge is under it. Then how lucky are Nizar, Rahim and Fatimah, the beloved children of President Fath Ali Habib and Advisor Gulshakar, who were taught ta'wil from their very childhood and they are still learning it with great zeal.
Friendship of Knowledge

All-inclusive Service of Knowledge
The President of Khanah-yi Hikmat, Fath Ali Habib suggests that we should give certificates to the President of Idarah-yi `Arif, Muhammad Abdul Aziz and his wife Secretary Yasmin and other `azizan who are in the front line of service. I would like to say that a certificate would not serve the purpose, rather it would be better to write about their services in the books from time to time, so that their meritorious achievements may be seen by all and the future generation will learn high-ambition from them. President Muhammad Abdul Aziz and his fortunate begum Secretary Yasmin are among the angels who walk on the earth. The list of their meritorious services is very long. It was through them and their kindness that I found dear and kind friends in the jama`at of America who highly appreciate knowledge. I hope that they will spread the light of knowledge there. Another golden achievement of my `azizan Muhammad Abdul Aziz and Yasmin is the recording of 1500 audio cassettes. If they had not arranged to do this recording, then the useful speech of at least one thousand hours would have evaporated into the air.
Karimabad Branch
The Holy Prophet says: "Quest of knowledge is obligatory upon every Muslim man and woman." (Ibn Majah: Kitab-i Hadith). To put this command into practice the `azizan of Karimabad Branch come from very far. They do not like to lag behind in any service for knowledge. It seems that the light of guidance has chosen them for knowledge and `ibadat. They are among the true lovers of the Imam of the time. They greatly relish the secrets of knowledge and wisdom. Let us pray that the Lord of Honour may grant every mu'min and mu'minah the treasure of ma`rifat.
Everlasting Good Deeds
Mr. Nazir Sabir, President of Khanah-yi Hikmat, Islamabad Branch, is among those who greatly appreciate and patronize knowledge. He knows very well that the book of knowledge and wisdom in the first and foremost among the everlasting good deeds. (See the book: La`l-u Gawhar, P. 19)
Heavenly Dining Table
One of the names of true knowledge is the heavenly dining-table which is arranged by some of the servants of the Imam of the time and in this meritorious deed they are together from the very beginning and they are: Mr. Nasrullah Qamaruddin, the Vice President of Khanah-yi Hikmat and Mrs. Aminah Nasrullah and it is a matter of great pleasure that in this service their beloved children also follow in their footsteps.

Acknowledgement of Great Services
I acknowledge the meritorious services of Idarah-yi `Arif, Yasmin Noor Ali Branch, America. This reputed branch has rendered meritorious deeds in spreading the light of true knowledge. This branch consists of these four `azizan: Noor Ali Mamji, Yasmin Noor Ali and their beloved children Nadir Ali and Nasreen.
My `azizan in the east and in the west: God is witness that from the mention of all my `azizan I receive enormous strength and happiness in my heart. Ask why? Because the knowledge of Monoreality has unified all our souls, potentially, therefore tomorrow on the Day of Resurrection we are going to be revived actually like a single person. Then think what will be the state of delight and happiness? This is a practical glad news of the supreme Paradise. In such a unity there will be the manifestation of every individual and in every manifestation there will be the Divine manifestation.
