Tags: Sacred Sanctuary, Alif-lam-mim

By the Name of Allah, the most Compassionate, the most Merciful.

Surah-yi Luqman (31:1-5) begins with: "Alif, lam, mim".

Alif = azal = abad = ibda` = inmbi`ath = awwal = akhir = the light of Muhammad(s) and `Ali (a.s) = [Divine] Pen = [Divine] Throne = Universal Intellect;
Lam = thani = Universal Soul = [Divine] Tablet = the Soul of souls = the Supreme Soul = the Supreme Human = [Divine] Pedestal;
Mim = luminous script (maktub-i nurani = marqum-i nurani) = ru'yat = luminous vision = Image of the Compassionate = God's face = theophanies of the Pearl of Intellect and the Hidden Book.

The universal miracles of God's hand = the folding of the universe. All these are the internal miracles of the spiritual resurrection.

The Sacred Sanctuary is the sanctuary of light of the manifest Imam which manifests in the foreheads of `arifin with the grace of the angels Israfil (a.s) and `Izra'il (a.s).
