Tags: Sima, Forehead

By the Name of Allah, the most Compassionate, the most Merciful.

It is said in surah-yi A`raf: "And on the heights shall be men who know them all by their marks." (7:46).

Its original and real ta'wil is in the blessed saying of Mawla `Ali (a.s): "And I am the one on A`raf who will recognize everyone from their foreheads". See Khutbah-yi Raj`iyyah in Kawkab-i Durri.

Sima, i.e., jabin (forehead) is the paradise of the Sacred Sanctuary in the light and luminosity of `aliyyu'l-`azim. The supreme name 'al-`aliyyu'l-`azim' is inscribed on the forehead of every luminous (spiritual) son of the light, i.e., the true Imam.

You will also find the ta'wil of A`raf in the chapter "Walayat-i a'immah-yi ahl-i bayt" in the book "Da`a'imu'l-Islam Part I".40
