By the Name of Allah, the most Compassionate, the most Merciful.
In surah-yi Baqarah God says: "The Originator (i.e., mubdi`) of the heavens and the earth; and when He decrees a matter, He says to it 'Be!' and it becomes." (2:117). When He, the Omnipotent wants the physical world to become the universal paradise by entering the personal world, a sublime universal paradise is immediately created in a person, in which everything of the heavens and earth is present. It means that all the countries of the world along with all their inhabitants become present willingly or unwillingly (3:83) in front of al-Wahid al-Qahhar (the One/Unifier, the Subduer) in subtle bodies, just as the changing of the earth and heaven is mentioned in surah-yi Ibrahim (14:48).
