Sach hai kih kaha us ne ik ganj-i Khuda hai dil Jab cishq-i haqiqi se wiranah paÜa hai dil
1. He truly said: "The heart is God's treasure"; It is desolate for the true love of God
Har gunah tasalli hai didar ki dawlat se Har-chand kih zahir men ahon se bhara hai dil
2. The heart is fully satisfied by the wealth of didar; Although apparently it is full of sighs
Is qalib-i khaki men dil calam-i akbar hai Dil da'irah-yi kull hai awr arz-u sama hai dil
3. The heart in this earthly matrix is the macrocosm; It is the universal circle, the earth and the heaven too
Asrar-i shah-i khuban is dil ke khazane hain Sad bar fida hai jan sad bar fida hai dil
4. The secrets of the king of the beautiful people are this heart's treasures; A hundred times is the soul sacrificed, a hundred times is the heart sacrificed
Dar-pardah kaha us ne dil mere hawale kar Ay jan-i jahan, wa'llah! Yeh le kih tera hai dil
5. Behind the veil he said: "Submit your heart to me"; O Soul of the Universe! Take it, by God, the heart is yours
Is martabah-yi dil ko carif hi samajhta hai Gar pak kare koi tab carsh-i Khuda hai dil
6. Only the carif understands this rank of the heart; If anyone purifies it, the heart is God's throne
Dil-dadah-yi ulfat hun ab mujh men kahan hai dil? Dil-bar ne liya dil ko cashiq men kuja hai dil?
7. I have given my heart to love, where in me is it now?
The heart is taken by the beloved, where is it in the lover?
Sad shukr kih ab janan khwud meri khwudi ho ga Jab jan hai fida us se jab us men fana hai dil
8. A hundred thanks that the beloved will now be my "I";

Ashcar-i Nasiri men asrar-i nihani hain Dil cuqdah-yi la-yanhal awr cuqdah-kusha hai dil
