The experience of the above-mentioned stages of spirituality is possible for and attained by someone only if he duly obeys the Prophet and the Imam of the time. For, it is they who are the mazhars of the Holy Spirit or the embodied Light. It is absolutely impossible for one to duly attain the grace and blessings of the Holy Spirit, while turning their face away from its mazhar, as God has allude to this reality in the glorious Qur’ᾱn: “who is an enemy to Allah, and His angels and His Prophets, and Jibrīl and Mīkᾱ’īl? Then lo! Allah (Himself) is an enemy to the disbelievers.” (2:98)
