The work of Kiraman Katibin is also attributed to God Himself for as He says: “We shall record what they said.” (3:181). “Nay, but We shall record what he says.”(19:79). “We record that which they have sent before that and what they leave after them”. (36:12). This shows that the work which these great angles do by the command of God, is being done as it were, by God Himself.
Wise Qur’an says: “Lo! We it is who bring the dead to life. We record that which they have sent before them, and that which they leave after them and We have encompassed everything in the (Light of) a Manifest Imam”. (36:12). According to this verse, in the “Book of Deeds”, are recorded not only those deeds and states of man which are sent before death, but also those which are left behind in this world. And all this is encompassed in the Manifest Imam.
