It is the holy and exalted Imam who is the subject of love, because it is he who is the face of God and it is a clear fact that his luminous face is the fountainhead of love . And there is no doubt that by reference to Hazrat Ibrahim, the Imam of every time is the luminous face of God, namely, surat-i rahman. This is why according to one special tawil, Hazrat Ibrahim, khalilu'llah, said: I make my face the representative face of God and this is the final tawhid and absolute annihilation (6:79).

Q339 Hazrat Abraham^(c) also said: “And I am not of the polytheists” (6:79). Please explain this to us.

It means that he was among those who accepted that God is one in a true sense.
It is very easy to verbally declare that God is one, but true knowledge and recognition of His oneness are extremely difficult. In order to attain this knowledge and recognition, the guidance of the Imam from the progeny of the holy Prophet is extremely necessary.
It is an ^carif’s supreme success to go to the sacred Sanctuary and be in the surat-i Rahman, yet it is important to reflect whether this is a totally new event which never happened in the past, or is it the discovery of an eternal secret?
