Reflect on this verse properly: “Lo! As for My slaves, thou hast no power over any of them save such of the forward as follow thee” (15:22). This means that when the power of God (sultan, namely, the Imam of the time) is with the mumins, the Satan cannot mislead them. But the satan can make his follower, someone among those, who has dedicated from the straight path, the True Guide and the guidance. For, since the real power is not with him now, obviously, the Satan can have power over him.
