Example of the Perfect Man:
Argument 9: the wisdom-filled verse (17:95) says: “Say: Ifthere were in the earth angles walking in peace, We would surely have sent down an angel to them from heaven as a messenger.”
The allusions of this verse are that such Perfect Men also come to this world, who with respect to corporeality are human beings, but with respect to spirituality, are angels. They themselves are at peace and by the command of God they also give peace to others. They are an intermediary and link between angels and human beings, so that they may help people by the mercies and blessings of God. And such a perfect Man who is characterized by angelic attributes, is first and foremost the Holy Prophet and after him, the true Imams.

Ya Ali Madad 14

In verse (17:95) it is mentioned: "Say (O Messenger)! If there were in the earth angels walking satisfied, We would have sent down for them from heaven an angel as a messenger." From this we come to know the great secret that there are two kinds of angels: the earthly and the heavenly. The characteristic of the earthly angels is that they walk on the paths of dhikr, ibadat, knowledge and wisdom with satisfaction, without any hindrance and to them are sent down the heavenly angels. This is the great rank of the Prophets and awliya', and is the example of satisfaction as well.

Q292 Kindly explain what wisdom is alluded to in verse (17:95): “Say: If there were in the earth angels walking in peace, We would surely have sent down an angel to them from the heaven as a messenger”.

A292 This shows that there are two kinds of angels: the physical and the spiritual. The physical angels are the Prophets and awliya’ who walk on the earth without any fear, because of the remembrance of Allah. And, by the command of God, the spiritual angels are helping the earthly angels and bring revelation to the Messengers in the cycle of Prophethood.
