Mahabbah (Love) and Intellect: “And I cast down upon you (the reflection of) love from Me” (20:39). Here it is clear that in the Perfect Man (Prophet or Imam) God places His love so that people may love him. Also the purpose of placing Divine love in someone is that intellect may reach perfection in him, as is mentioned in the beginning referring to a Hadith.
Mahabbatan minni (Love from Me, love from God)
God said to Hazrat Musa in verse (20:39): "And I cast down upon you (the reflection of) love from Me." Here it is clear that the love for the Prophet and Imam is obligatory, because they are the mazhar of the Divine love from the very beginning.
The second proof is that God cast a special love upon Hazrat Mῡsᾱ, so that the Phroah and his wife may nurture and look after him under the influence of that love, as God says: “And I cast down upon you love form Me, so that you might be brought up before My eyes.”(20:39)
