Furqan (2) (Torah and miracles)

It is mentioned in verse (21:48): "And verily, We granted to Musa and Harun the criterion (Torah) and a light and remembrance for the righteous ones (muttaqin)." Here you should remember the Hadith in which Mawla Ali is compared with Imam Harun and recognise the rank of the ta'wil of Mawla Ali. Also be sure that through the light of Prophethood and the light of Imamat, all miracles of the heavenly Book related to soul, intellect, knowledge and recognition come to the righteous ones who are attached to the remembrance of the supreme Name, because all these miracles are eventually for them.

Harun (Custodian of ta'wil)

According to verse (21:48) Hazrat Musa and Hazrat Harun were given Furqan (Torah and sensory miracles), light and the remembrance of the beautiful names so that these blessings may come to those who fear God, and indeed Mawla cAli, the legatee of the chief of the Prophets, was like Hazrat Harun in every attribute except in Prophethood.

Q136 What is the wisdom of verse (21:48): “And verily We granted to Moses and Aaron the furqan (criterion), a light and a dhikr (remembrance) and [through them] to the righteous ones (muttaqin)” as well?

A136 Furqan means the Torah as well as miracles, and dhikr means ism-i aczam. Allah granted these great bounties to Hazrat Moses(c) and Hazrat Aaron(c) and through them to the righteous ones as well. This shows that in every bounty granted by God, Hazrat Moses(c) and Hazrat Aaron(c) were together.
