The seven heavens were in accordance and in conformity with each other, therefore, the nature of their creation is called "tibaqan (in accordance or in conformity with)" (67:3). In the Holy Qur'an, the heaven of Intellect sometimes ls mentioned in singular (saroa') and sometimes In plural (samawat), the reason for which Is that the light of Intellect In reality Is one, but its manifestations related to the heaven are In seven grades,
Khalq ar-Rahman (Creation of the Compassionate God)
O my dear! In the unique kingdom of God, on the one hand there are ranks (darajat) and on the other, there is equality (musawat). O dearer than my own soul, may I be sacrificed for you! You should also note that there are ranks among people in this world and in the next, but there is equality in azal and abad. This equality has been termed by the wise Qur’an as the “creation of the Compassionate”, as it is said in verse (67:3): "You do not see any difference in the creation of the Compassionate God." In order to make this concept understandable, Hazrat Imam Sultan Muhammad Shah, salawatu'llahi calayhi wa salamuhu, has presented the concept of Monoreality, which is the key to the Treasure of treasures of knowledge and recognition.
