Tags: Hazrat Adam
In the name of God, the most Compassionate, the most Merciful
It is mentioned in verse (13:15): "And to Allah, al-hayyu'l-qayyum prostrate all those who are in the heaven and the earth, willingly or unwillingly, and (so do) their shadows in the morning and evenings."
There is no doubt that angels prostrated to Hazrat-i Adam (May peace be through him) in a falling state, but this secret is known only to the people of ma`rifat (`arifs) that at that time Adam (May peace be through him) was undergoing the spiritual resurrection, in which the pure light of al-hayyu'l-qayyum was active. Therefore, the prostration of angels was in fact to the light of Hazrat-i qa'imu'l-qiyamat (May peace be through him). It is true that the fruits of paradise are in pairs, i.e., the junction of two wisdoms (55:52).
