Gems of Qur'anic Knowledge and Wisdom - Part 31

Part 31

Tags: Allahumma

By the Name of Allah, the most Compassionate, the most Merciful.

Surah-yi Bani Isra'il (17:55) mentions Hazrat Dawud (a.s)'s excellence and his heavenly book Psalms (zabur). Read this verse in the light of recognition (nur-i ma`rifat).

Gems of Qur'anic verses (3:26-27): This is one of the special prayers of the holy Prophet(s). This is indeed a luminous compendium of all Qur'anic verses which al-Wahid al-Qahhar (the One/Unifier, the Subduer) is bestowing on you. According to scholars the word "Allahumma" in it is equivalent to sixty names, therefore it is extremely necessary to reflect on it.

What is the ta'wil of "So when they both submitted and he threw him down upon his forehead" (37:103-105)? What is the example of ka-dhalika (37:105, 37:110)?

Question: How many poems are there in the books of Khanah-yi Hikmat which are about the glory of Imam of the time (may my soul be sacrificed for him)? How many verses are there in [the poems written in] Persian, Urdu, Burushaski and Turkish, and how many verses in total? Whoever prepares a delightful report on this, their names will be sent with the report to the holy huzur of the Imam of the time, Amin!
