Respected Khan ṣāḥib! The precious services you have rendered for the existence and advancement of K̲h̲ānah-yi Ḥikmat and Idārah-yi cĀrif are becoming part of a great history. You are among the robust pillars of our workshop of knowledge, which has been established by Divine grace as a service to the jamācat. The office-bearers and members of both of our organizations are extremely impressed by your extraordinary capabilities, pure habits and various services for the beloved jamācat, and these cazīzān always praise your unique hard work and high ambition.

It is a fact that regardless of whether anyone acknowledges it, that true mu'mins like you are potential angels in human form and tomorrow, they will transform into actual angels because everything is first potential and then becomes actual. Everyone knows that vegetables come into being from the minerals, animals come into being from vegetables, human beings from animals and angels from human beings. This is an explanation of the gradual progress in the macrocosm, that of the microcosm is more easily comprehensible. That is, God created the human being from the quintessence of the entire universe. Thus, in its existence at the lower level there are minerals, which after dissolving are transformed into countless vegetative souls, from their dissolving is created the animal soul, which is a compendium of countless living particles and by its purification is created the human or rational soul, which consists of innumerable particles and from its further purification becomes

an angel. This purification takes place through true knowledge and virtuous actions. This is one angel but constitutes all the angels.

How a mu'min becomes an angel through true knowledge and good deeds is mentioned by Ḥaz̤rat-i Imām Sulṭān Muḥammad S̲h̲āh in his farmāns. Wherever the purity of mu'mins is mentioned in the wise Qur'ān, there is an allusion to them becoming angels. Furthermore, wherever there is direct mention of angels mu'mins' souls are also mentioned.

These are the characteristics of angels: they are humble in God's worship, they do not weary of His worship (cibādat), they do tasbīḥ day and night and do not stop (21:19-20); they prostrate to Him and continue to fear their Lord and fulfill whatever is commanded (16:49-50). In addition, a characteristic of an angel is to learn true knowledge as mentioned in the story of Ḥaz̤rat-i Ādam (2:29-33) because their personality is incomplete without this knowledge. Therefore, those fortunate mu'mins who are close to angels in the above-mentioned characteristics are potential angels today and will be actual angels tomorrow.

The Perfect Human Being is an [actual] angel because the special sign of an angel is proximity to God (16:49) which is granted to him more than the closest angels, the proof of which is the event of the holy Prophet's ascension (micrāj) in which Jibrīl was left behind. Moreover, all angelic attributes are encompassed in the Perfect Man and God's Supreme Names are continuously repeated and speak day and night within his blessed personality and the recitation of tasbīḥ of pure souls always continues.

Dust under the feet of mu'mins

Note: Nutrition we consume in the form of various vegetables (fruit, greens) and animals (i.e., meat) is first of all at the level of minerals and then its evolution begins.
