By the Name of Allah, the most Compassionate, the most Merciful.
Surah-yi Zumar says: "God has sent down the very best discourse, a book consistent yet repeating, which makes the skin of all of those who fear their Lord, shiver. Then their skins and hearts incline to the remembrance of God. This is the guidance of God with which He guides whosoever He wills." (39:23).
Ta'wili purport: This pure and wisdom-filled Divine speech praises the Supreme Name (ism-i a`zam). Allah revealed the verbal supreme name (lafzi ism-i a`zam) with all noble meanings so that it may be the mirror of His essence and attributes. Thus when the luminous supreme name (ism-i a`zam-i nurani) manifests in the verbal supreme name (lafzi ism-i a`zam) a spiritual resurrection occurs which encompasses the entire universe.
La hawla wa la quwwata illa bi'llahi'l-`aliyyi'l-`azim (There is no strength and power except by Allah, the Sublime, the Glorious)
