1899: First visit to Africa ( Zanzibar ) where the Sultan presented Imam the title of ‘BRILLIANT STAR OF ZANZIBAR’.
1899: In the same year Shah of Iran gave the title of ‘SHAMSHUL HUMAYUN OF PERSIA’.
1899: Turkish Government presented the title of ‘STAR OF TURKEY’.
1900: Visited Burma for the first time.
1902: Presided over the Muslim Educational Conference at Delhi. In his Presidential Speech, he called upon all the Muslims to contribute towards the establishment of Aligarh University and himself donated Rs. 35,000/-.
