54:5

related refs 2:269, 54:15, 2:185, 5:15, 42:52, 57:28,

One special name of the Qur'anic wisdom is "hikmat-i balighah (the perfect .wisdom)" (54:5) . For, every example, every word, every allusion and every wisdom of this unprecedented and unique heavenly Book is filled with the light of true guidance and therefore, it can guide to the highest stage and hence, very appropriately, the ladder of its spiritual access is made till the light of the Throne (nur-i arsh). Thus in the Wise Qur'an, not only is everything mentioned, but it is also easy to understand, as God has repeatedly drawn the attention towards the "concept -of the easiness" of the Qur'an, as in the verse: "And We have Indeed made the Qur'an easy to understand and remember:
Then is there any that will receive admonition?" (54:15) This means the Qur'an is difficult from one aspect and from another, it has been made easy. And it is also known that God wants ease for everyone (2:185). Therefore, the Beneficent God made the Prophet light in order to shed light on the wisdoms and secrets of the Wise Qur'an (5:15; 42:52). And in the cycle of Imamat, the True Imam is the Light of the Qur'an and the Lamp of guidance (57:28) according to the command of God and the Prophet. Thus in the chapter "Qamar (Moon)" the attention is drawn time and again towards this easy aspect of the Qur'an.

Pure Intellect 37

O my friends and azizan! In verse (54:5) the Wise Qur'an mentions its unique and exalted hikmat-i balighah (far-reaching wisdom). It is indeed far-reaching wisdom in the sense that it enables the heart, mind and conception of the people of the inner eye to reach the luminous wonders and marvels of the Sacred Sanctuary where there is the greatest treasure of knowledge, recognition and the secrets of nature. The word "balighah" from "bulugh" is on the measure of the present participle "fail" which means the one who reaches or makes others reach. Further, it also alludes to the fact that the wisdom of the Qur'an which is the guide-book for all of us, is paramount, as mentioned in verse (2:269): "And he who is granted wisdom (by God) is granted abundant (wealth of) goodness."
